Who am I
My name is Flynn Stratton I am a 17 aspiring photographer & filmmaker. I started out doing photography in 2022 with a fuji-film HS-10 and doing wildlife photography, I soon after that brought a Nikon D300 and continued doing wildlife photography, I then fell in love with sports photography specifically mountain biking, I started taking photos at races and event and selling them but I felt something was missing and it was the ability to do video, my D300 couldn't do video so I started filming cinematic videos on my phone.
I started a Films, TV & Media course in September of 2024 and in November 2024 I brought a Sony A6600 and 35mm f/1.8 I would take mini cinematic videos everyday and learn about editing and lighting through my course and in my free time, I made my first two short films in March, one for college and one on my own, I have now directed, filmed and edited 4 short films and have been a videographer in 1 documentary, I cant wait to see what the future bring me and I hope to be a cinematographer or have a my own business.
I currently do freelance work which you can talk to me about through my contact page, you can find all the films in my films section, in October 2025 I will be starting a new documentary about Cannock Chase wildlife through Winter, it will be 4 part series and then a full documentary.
